Scope

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors, clinic owners, doctors, clinic managers, reception teams, founders, and business contacts who use the MedRx Pro website or submit information through a pilot, waitlist, patient recall software, clinic management software, or WhatsApp follow-up workflow inquiry.

MedRx Pro is currently a validation-stage product. The public website is used to understand demand for clinic follow-up software, missed appointment recovery, patient recall workflows, and lightweight healthcare CRM processes for Indian clinics.

Collection

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your request, evaluate clinic workflow fit, operate the website, and measure validation signals. This may include:

  • Clinic name, city, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and consent status.
  • Monthly follow-up volume, current follow-up process, and operational notes you choose to share.
  • Website usage events such as page views, CTA clicks, form starts, form submissions, and calculator interactions.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, page URL, referrer, and timestamp.
  • Messages or business context you provide during a pilot review, discovery call, or support conversation.

Use

How we use information

We use collected information for legitimate product validation and business communication purposes, including to:

  • Respond to clinic follow-up software, patient recall system, and WhatsApp reminder inquiries.
  • Assess whether a clinic has enough follow-up volume for a pilot review.
  • Prepare workflow recommendations for missed follow-ups, overdue patient queues, and revenue recovery reporting.
  • Improve the website, landing page conversion flow, SEO content, analytics, and user experience.
  • Protect the website, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and maintain security logs.
  • Comply with applicable law, lawful requests, and internal recordkeeping requirements.

Healthcare Data

Do not submit patient medical records through public forms

The public MedRx Pro website is not designed to collect diagnosis, prescriptions, lab reports, treatment notes, or other patient-identifiable medical records. Please do not submit patient health information in the website form.

If a clinic pilot later requires sample workflow data, MedRx Pro will ask for the minimum necessary information and may require a separate written agreement covering roles, permitted use, confidentiality, access controls, retention, deletion, and healthcare compliance responsibilities.

Sharing

When information is shared

We do not sell submitted clinic information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, database, hosting, analytics, communications, security, and customer support workflows.

These providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to MedRx Pro. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or financing diligence process.

Security

Security safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a validation-stage healthcare SaaS website. These may include HTTPS, access restrictions, database credentials, role-limited operational access, monitoring, and private configuration practices.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting submitted information, we will assess the impact and take reasonable steps consistent with the nature of the information and applicable obligations.

Retention

How long we keep information

We retain lead, inquiry, analytics, and validation records for as long as needed to respond to clinics, evaluate demand, improve the product, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements. We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.

Choices

Your privacy choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of contact permission for information you submitted to MedRx Pro. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or legitimate business reasons.

You can also choose not to submit the pilot form. If you block cookies or browser storage, some analytics or local validation features may not work as intended.
