By accessing the MedRx Pro website or submitting a pilot request, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the website on behalf of a clinic, company, hospital, or healthcare organization, you represent that you are authorized to share business contact information and discuss clinic workflow needs.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not submit the pilot form or use the website for business inquiries.
Product Stage
Validation-stage software
MedRx Pro is currently presented as a validation-stage clinic follow-up software concept. Website content, calculators, workflow previews, patient recall examples, healthcare CRM language, screenshots, and feature descriptions may change as the product is tested with clinics.
The website is intended to evaluate demand for missed appointment recovery, WhatsApp follow-up reminders, overdue patient queues, and clinic revenue recovery reports. It is not a guarantee that any feature, pricing, integration, or service level will be made available.
Pilot Requests
Pilot review and commercial discussions
Submitting a pilot request does not create a customer agreement, partnership, exclusivity commitment, or obligation for MedRx Pro to provide services. We may accept, decline, delay, or modify a pilot based on clinic fit, operational capacity, compliance needs, and product readiness.
Any paid pilot, proof of concept, data processing arrangement, integration, or production use will require separate written terms that cover scope, pricing, responsibilities, support, data use, security, and termination.
Healthcare Disclaimer
No diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support
MedRx Pro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical triage, emergency support, prescription decisions, or patient-specific care instructions. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and the clinic using the workflow.
Do not use the website or any validation materials for urgent medical situations. Patients should contact their healthcare provider or emergency services for medical concerns.
Responsibilities
Clinic responsibilities
Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to MedRx Pro, obtaining any required patient permissions, following applicable healthcare, privacy, consent, marketing, telecom, and professional obligations, and deciding whether a follow-up workflow is appropriate for their practice.
Clinics should not submit patient-identifiable medical records, lab reports, diagnosis details, prescriptions, or sensitive patient health information through the public pilot request form.
Use Rules
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful, confidential, or unauthorized information.
- Attempt to access non-public systems, APIs, databases, metrics, or configuration files.
- Interfere with site security, availability, analytics, or form submission workflows.
- Use website content to misrepresent MedRx Pro, impersonate another party, or create deceptive marketing.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the website at scale without permission.
Integrations
Third-party platforms and communication channels
MedRx Pro may reference or work around third-party tools such as WhatsApp, hosting providers, database services, analytics tools, email, SMS, clinic management software, or EMR systems. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, pricing, deliverability, template approvals, or data practices of third-party platforms that are not controlled by MedRx Pro.
Ownership
Intellectual property
The MedRx Pro name, website design, copy, workflows, calculators, product concepts, validation materials, logos, and related content are owned by MedRx Pro or its licensors. You may view the website for business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, sell, or create confusingly similar materials without permission.
Feedback, suggestions, and workflow ideas you voluntarily share may be used by MedRx Pro to improve the product without creating a separate compensation obligation, unless agreed in writing.
Disclaimers
Availability, accuracy, and limitation of liability
